Job Summary

What You Will Do As A Integration Project Manager

  • Responsible and accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of complex banking integration projects while maintaining horizontal and vertical communication with all people, business units and organizations involved internally and externally.
  • Create and maintain credible detailed project plans (adjusting under change control) that supports the agreed project scope/deliverables to assure a high quality and successful outcome.
  • Brief the leadership team on the project the progress while ensuring smooth coordination between all.
  • Partner with large and midtier financial institutions to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to implement modern interfaces to deliver our products to our customers who are depositors at these institutions.
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to build complete integration plans and documents to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure that implementation blockers are removed, and deadlines are met.
  • Create relationships with existing clients to help champion new integration opportunities.
  • Contact existing clients and work to implement more advanced APIs with their financial institutions.
  • Deliver bank integration roadmap, track project schedules, develop and execute implementation plan.
  • Support the negotiation of partnership agreements and help perform economic analyses as required.

What You Will Bring As A Integration Project Manager**- 10+ years technical project management, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated PM experience in finance industry with understanding of federally regulated finance data integration projects.
  • Excellent understanding of US Banking Business Practices.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and understanding of DevOps processes.
  • Experience contacting and coordinating complex integration projects with financial institution technical personnel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building project plans and managing execution.
  • Ability to understand and communicate business requirements to establish ongoing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for establishing connectivity protocols.
  • Ability to contact clients to migrate from older connections to more modern APIs.
  • A driven and proactive approach to managing projects; ability to create and maintain momentum.
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloudbased solutions.
  • Familiarity with finance data and API connectivity security protocols or some familiarity with similar requirements preferred.
  • Highly advanced presentation and communication skills. Must be able to create and communicate progress reports, track multiple projects and manage communication between multiple entities.
  • Must be a driven selfstarter with a positive mindset and have the proven ability to work with little to no supervision. Accountable to results and ability to drive outcomes.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*:
$134,300 - $196,900 annually
