    Description

    We provide advisory services and data analytics support to middle-market companies ($50M - $2B in annual sales), and our clients include private equity firms, credit funds, investment banks, and law firms.

    Independently execute and oversee the development of financial and business models (e.g., Leads components of projects with multiple service lines and the ability to lead smaller projects autonomously
    Creates initial drafts of proposals and proactively identifies ways to improve proposal quality
    Develops clear and concise messaging for internal and external materials (including pitches, marketing, Client communications, and other workstreams)
    Guides and facilitates client interviews and ensures all relevant data sources are considered and pursued
    Supervises the work of 1 -2 junior team (or client) members

    • 7 years of work experience in corporate restructuring or management consulting positions with a financial or accounting focus (required)
    ~ Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate business program; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred but not required
    ~ Complete proficiency in understanding and developing financial models and presentation skills
    ~ Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analyses and develop insights and recommendations
    ~ Ability to lead components of projects with multiple service lines and ability to lead smaller projects independently
    ~ Demonstrated ability to interact and work collaboratively with junior and senior team members, senior management, and other stakeholders or professionals at all levels
    ~"Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
    ~ Ability to travel (-%)
    ~ Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday

    Services include Interim Management, Turnaround Plan Development and Execution, Liquidity Management, Stakeholder Negotiations, Strategic Alternatives Assessment, Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Case Management.

    Partner with private equity firms across the investment lifecycle, from due diligence to portfolio value creation and exit planning.

    Services include Due Diligence, Pre-Close Planning, Post-Close Implementation, and Exit Planning.
    Data Insights

    Work with companies at all stages of their digital transformation journey to automate reporting processes, build scalable data platforms, and leverage predictive analytics to transform data from a liability into an asset.

    Services include Data Discovery and Analysis, Data Prep and Integration, Self-Service Analytics, Data Visualization and Reporting, Data Science and Advanced Analytics, and Strategy Enablement.
