About Your Team


Are you looking to work with a high performing, fast growing and dynamic Inpatient Care Management team? We are 4,000+ physicians, working in over 40 cities throughout California, caring for more than 500,000 patients.

This position is located in our brand-new Oakland City Center location, or remotely (within the state of California). We are flexible provided you are open to traveling to the Oakland office locations as needed.


About Your Work


As the Manager, Inpatient Care Management, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to optimize patient care delivery, drive operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will work directly with clinical teams, administration, and external partners to optimize patient care delivery and resource utilization.


You will focus on:


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care management professionals to deliver exceptional patientcentered care.
  • Develop, implement innovative strategies to improve care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance excellence.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in patient care delivery.

The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in inpatient care management or related healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical background with expertise in care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management.
  • Proven record of driving performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and lead change effectively.

Physical Requirements:
Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.

External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
