    Job Description - TUHS-DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION MGT
    TUHS-DIRECTOR CONSTRUCTION MGT
    Responsible for the management of all construction projects throughout Templehealth.

    initial project development and space planning, creation & management of project budget and timelines, coordination of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and end users, obtaining necessary permits and regulatory approvals.


    Bachelors Degree:
    Construction related field (Required)
    5 years experience in healthcare construction management (Required)
    PMP - Project Management Prof (Preferred)
