    Description


    Apply systems engineering, technical analysis, along with operations and research principles, theories, and methods in the development of major issues studies and strategic evaluation reports of issues of National Intelligence Importance.


    • Perform conduction planning, collection, and analysis of data, as well as with reviewing sizable amounts of data to develop methodologies and provide final results and recommendations on issues of National Intelligence importance.
    • Conduct data collection and normalization along with the development of terms of reference.
    • Utilize evaluation techniques and the use of statistical methods to perform cost effectiveness analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
    Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.


    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Mathematics or Other Technical Discipline.
    * 15+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree OR 12+ years of related experience and a PhD or Master's degree.

    Senior Program Analyst (Business Planning) to provide independent cost, system, and program analyses to support the implementation of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Evaluation (IPPBE) process.

    The office executive assists in defining intelligence capabilities through proactive, balanced, and effective resource decisions on issues of national importance.
