Duties:

You will develop and maintain strategic plans, assess policy needs and develop policies to govern contracting for information systems management and define current and future business needs.
You will provide policy guidance and needs to IT management staff and customers.
You will manage contractor workforce planning including recruitment, retention, training and resource planning, investment control, policy and standards development, configuration management and project management for systems implementation.
You will conduct audits of IT programs and projects with the use of analytical tools and reports analysis to senior managers orally and in writing.

This is a Management Analyst position and requires an understanding of FAR and DFAR disciplines. This position will require the standard DoD Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Training.

Qualifications:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
