Duties:


  • You will develop and maintain strategic plans, assess policy needs and develop policies to govern contracting for information systems management and define current and future business needs.
  • You will provide policy guidance and needs to IT management staff and customers.
  • You will manage contractor workforce planning including recruitment, retention, training and resource planning, investment control, policy and standards development, configuration management and project management for systems implementation.
  • You will conduct audits of IT programs and projects with the use of analytical tools and reports analysis to senior managers orally and in writing.

  • This position may requires a 2Year DCIPS trial period requirement.
  • This is a Management Analyst position and requires an understanding of FAR and DFAR disciplines. This position will require the standard DoD Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Training.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
