    Blue Valley Community Action Partnership is seeking a Preschool Teacher for our York Preschool Learning Academy If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children, apply today

    This is a full time 36 hour per week position. Off over the summer.

    DUTIES

    • Develop and utilize integrated curriculum plans.
    • Promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children.
    • Support school readiness goals.
    • Manage daily classroom functions
    • Collect, aggregate, and analyze child assessment data.
    • Create an atmosphere that promotes and provides opportunities for parent engagement and community partnerships.
    • Model sensitivity, build and foster relationships.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally.
    • Ensure the operation and maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy, and productive work environment.
    • Maintain professional competence through professional growth and development opportunities.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Development
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Obtain CPR and First Aide Certification
    • General Computer Skills

    BENEFITS

    • Pay Rate: $20.40- $23.87 per hour
