Duties:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and curriculum that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and positive social interactions
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
• Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to ensure open communication about their child's development and address any concerns or questions
• Foster a love for learning through engaging activities, stories, songs, and games
• Encourage independence, selfconfidence, and positive behavior in children
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschoolaged children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies
• Familiarity with curriculum development and ageappropriate teaching methods
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
