Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children.

This position requires experience in early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and a genuine love for working with children.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and physical development
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress
  • Collaborate with other teachers to develop and enhance curriculum
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Encourage creativity and exploration through various activities and materials
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with preschoolaged children
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Ability to maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Familiarity with special education or physical education is a plus

Pay:
$47, $67,200.00 per year
