'''Duties'''- Develop and implement ageappropriate educational curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities to promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Experience working with students in early childhood development
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and techniques
- Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Understanding of early childhood education principles and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a preschool teacher or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
