    Job Title: IT Services Account Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

    Location: Florida Preferred

    Position Overview:

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Bilingual Account Manager to oversee and expand our telecommunications client portfolio across Latin America. This role is crucial for building and maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring the seamless integration of our IT services and solutions to meet their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and will act as a vital link between our clients and our technical teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forge and uphold strong, enduring client relationships by providing customized IT and telecommunications solutions.
    • Comprehend client demands to assist the sales team in crafting competitive proposals.
    • Oversee project delivery to ensure completion within the set timeframe, budget, and scope.
    • Regularly engage with clients through meetings to guarantee satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and unearth avenues for expansion and enhancement.
    • Generate account status reports, highlighting progress, obstacles, and projections.
    • Required travel to client sites across Latin America to foster relationships and understand their business environment.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Must be proficient in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in Account Management within consulting, system integrator, or professional IT services firms.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate client relationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT services and solutions, with a strong capability to discuss these effectively with clients.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
