    Description
    *Join Our Team: Maintenance and Safety Manager Needed in Blue Ash, OH*Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Safety Manager to join our team in Blue Ash, OH.

    *Responsibilities:
    • Promote safe work practices and manage the operation, maintenance service, and repairs of facilities and equipment.
    • Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and related costs.
    • Guide the team to promptly address equipment abnormalities reported by production.
    • Develop and implement equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for optimal production conditions.
    • Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
    • Oversee building space allocation, layout, and facility expansion.
    • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance cost management.
    • Conduct safety inspections, and investigations, and lead fire prevention and emergency response activities.

    *Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's or associate's degree with technical training in plant engineering or factory/plant maintenance, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Facilities management experience in the printing industry.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive maintenance experience, including 2-3 years managing safety programs.

    $70, $90,000.00 per year
