    Ideal position for individuals with a background in Skilled Nursing AdmissionsCommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced healthcare professional with sales and marketing abilities for the position of Admissions Sales Director for Bridgewater Healthcare Center located in the Carmel, IN area.

    This is an internal and external position that will focus on professional healthcare sales development. Our facility includes a Central Intake Department.

    Do you have what it takes to be our next Admissions Sales Director?QUALIFICATIONSH.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.
    Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required. Long Term Care experience preferred.

    Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insuranceAdvanced computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalReliable transportation a mustFlexibility with days and time neededAble to work independently with a pleasant personalityMust maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the jobMust possess basic computer skills.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs Admissions Sales Director, you will develop and maintain referral relationships in the community and convert referrals to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals for our facilityResponsibilities will include:
