Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, monitoring, and closing new business deals with new clients in the biotech in an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

Develop sales strategy for the assigned territory in collaboration with Global Director Business Development
Develop relationships with potential customers in the biotech industry within the assigned territory, leading into signed agreements for clinical research in all phases
Identify target clients and facilitate meetings with decision makers
Achieve monthly sales targets and sign new contracts according to annual objectives
Prepare proposals in coordination with employees in company's global sites
Monitor the internal progress of proposals, from submission to signature of the contract
Report biweekly progress and meetings with clients
Prepare personalized presentations for client meetings
Participate in the development and execution of marketing plan to promote the company within the target clients

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry and services offered by Genesis Drug Discovery & Development/JSS Medical Research
Demonstrated and accessible network of contacts with decision makers
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with decision makers
Effectively communicate and present ideas in verbal and written form
Track record in achieving goals and revenue targets
Strategic thinking
Selfmotivated
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry & global trends
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice
Salesforce software
Medical terminology
MS Office

Experience and Education:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences Areas or Business Administration
At least 3 years' experience in the industry
Previous experience in business
