- Close sales objectives across all product lines.
- Provide mentoring and training for our project managers and agents.
- Set short and long-term sales goals and evaluate the effectiveness of the channel.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM and ensure team usage.
- Recommend enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Work with a website marketing consultant to improve brand awareness and identify new sales opportunities.

Director of Sales / Industrial Sales
We are hiring a Director of Sales to join our growing team. We specialize in Part Feeding Automation and integration solutions.
OPPORTUNITY:
You will lead our team of experienced project managers and sales agents in the ongoing efforts of identifying and closing new sales opportunities. Reporting to the President, your leadership, team building and mentoring skills will provide a direct impact for the continued growth of our company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SUCCESS FACTORS:
Bachelor's degree is essential.
Experience in Industrial Automation and robotic integration.
3-5 years of sales experience in an industrial market.
Independent, self-starter, organized, detail-oriented and capable of follow-through.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, (CRM).
Travel is required.
COMPANY:
We are a custom machine builder in the Industrial Automation industry located in the Indianapolis metro area. Our automated part feeding systems are used by custom integrators and end users in the manufacturing industry.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary of $60-75K
