    Business Development Manager Opportunity in Indianapolis, IN

    $70,000 base salary + bonuses and benefits
    (Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to help our clients discover the best solutions for their needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture relationships with existing accounts in the assigned territory.
    • Travel within the territory to meet clients in person, generate new sales opportunities, and address account needs.
    • Act as a consultant by leveraging your product knowledge to advise clients on current and future needs.
    • Collaborate with customer service and management teams.
    • Develop sales and business plans, set objectives, and execute strategies to drive growth.
    • Provide product training and stay updated on industry knowledge.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through deep understanding and timely communication.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
    • Interest in consultative sales or transitioning from a technical role to sales.
    • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work remotely and travel locally with occasional overnight stays.
