Your tasks:

In vision workshops, you will work with your team, clients, and users to develop the vision for a product.
You will plan and design the product progress in close collaboration with the developer team.
You will take responsibility for the direction of code development and the implementation of functional software.
You will learn the existing PEARL architecture, processes, structures, and coding conventions.
You will ensure that development workflows are followed and code is implemented according to the team's defined definition of done.

Your profile:

You have extensive knowledge of Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
You have practical experience in developing web applications within the Java Enterprise Architecture.
Ideally, you are proficient in using GIT, Eclipse, Jenkins, and Maven.
You have knowledge of programming and SQL.
You have good written and spoken English skills (B2 level).
You have a structured and solutionoriented approach.
You have a high level of initiative, stress resistance, strong commitment, and quick comprehension.
You have a strong sense of quality.
