- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets for the company/community.
- Main focus on sales activities within the designated zone, from face-to-face meetings to creative follow-ups ensuring effective execution.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, online, and in-person promptly and efficiently, conducting tours with potential residents or interested parties.
- Maintain accurate records in the community database by entering details of new inquiries and referral sources, ensuring consistent follow-up communication.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential referral sources, conducting regular field visits.
- Evaluate potential referral sources to align services with their needs, maximizing referral opportunities.
- Stay updated on local competition, new services, and market trends for strategic planning.
- Develop and oversee the community's annual sales and marketing plan, analyzing data to suggest adjustments for changing market conditions.
- Monitor move-ins, move-outs, and quantity vs. quality of referrals, taking appropriate follow-up actions.
- Assist the team with move-in procedures as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide necessary reports to regional management to track sales efforts effectively.
- Participate in sales training events and implement techniques to enhance census and revenue growth.
- Organize community events to attract more visitors and potential residents.
- Manage the department's budget efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Prior experience in senior living, especially in assisted living and memory care settings, is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Sales or leasing background in healthcare or senior living is beneficial.

- Proficiency in relationship-based selling and closing techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing is a plus.
