Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to be part of our team. The perfect candidate will be in charge of diagnosing, sustaining, and perfecting Distributed Control Systems (DCS) like Honeywell Experion PKS, Safety Manager, and Triconex. This position involves creating control systems, applying process control strategies, and working with process engineers to improve unit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and maintain DCS systems to ensure their dependability and effectiveness.
Carry out regular hardware and software upkeep tasks for DCS systems.
Offer assistance during system initialization and apply essential control alterations.
Create and implement process control plans to boost refinery equipment and procedures.
Create and fine-tune process regulators for peak performance.
Create and assess control logic on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Perform financial assessments for project outlining and post-implementation assessment.
Establish project outlines for control and advanced process control projects.
Create and implement advanced DCS computations and programs.
Enhance and manage advanced process control programs.
Effectively oversee DCS and Advanced Control subcontractors.
Institute and uphold procedures for enacting and maintaining Control Systems.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related domain.
Demonstrated expertise with DCS systems, specifically Honeywell Experion PKS, Safety Manager, and Triconex.
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Proficient in PLCs and control logic creation.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the knack for streamlining processes.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Background in refinery or akin industrial settings is beneficial.
