- 5+ years of experience in Network or Security Engineer role
- Demonstrated experience leading a team

- Familiarity with Amazon Go Cameras and systems
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications
- Validate the correct setup of security cameras, ensuring adherence to standards
- Offer business insights on team structure, support needs, etc., for camera installation projects
- Establish and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for camera systems
- Build a real-time monitoring system for cameras to enable proactive issue resolution
- Guide a team of interns, assisting them in analyzing camera feeds and deriving business insights
- Participate in strategic planning for 2025, covering technology updates and camera system enhancements
- Forge partnerships with vendors to enhance camera technology offerings
- Undertake local and occasional regional travel to assess camera setups and provide on-ground support as necessary
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine optimal camera solutions and implementation approaches
