- This position will hold leadership responsibility for profitable project execution with proven global experience and cultural awareness. This position will own project scope, cost, schedule, timeline, resourcing, and delivery. People leadership is a key part of this role, both direct reports and cross-departmental.
- Manages all project execution

- Lead and mentor a growing team of technical talents, in person and remote

- Establish reporting measures on cost / profit / completion
- Build strong stakeholder relationships

- Four year college or university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 15 years of relevant industrial experience
- Lead instrumentation projects for large industrials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to establish trust / credibility / influence
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrate creative troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with international hazardous area standards (e.g., CSA C1 D2 / ATEX / IECeX)
- Familiar with global markets (e.g., Latin America, Middle East Asia Pacific)
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools

- Familiar with reciprocating machinery and machinery condition monitoring systems
- Industrial wireless applications and protocols
- Multiple language skills (i.e., Spanish, French, Arabic)
- PMP Project Management Professional or equivalent
- PE Professional Engineering license
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Employee is required to occasionally walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
