    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled full-time Facebook Campaign Manager to handle and enhance advertising campaigns for optimal results. In this role, you'll be in charge of creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing campaign data, and ensuring budget efficiency. Collaboration is key to align campaigns with financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to meet KPIs.
    • Analyze performance data for informed decision-making.
    • Develop innovative sales and advertising strategies.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure campaign alignment.
    • Maintain budget control and efficiency.
    • Implement rules to handle campaigns effectively.
    • Address cost issues promptly for desired outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven campaign management experience.
    • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to lower lead costs, meet KPIs, and exceed ROAS.
    • Experience managing multiple campaigns efficiently.
    • Quick problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and digital platforms.
    • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Previous finance industry experience is a plus.
    • Great team player with a positive attitude.
