- Preventative Maintenance, change overs, and clean-up process mapping on the high-speed napkin machines in support of plant efficiency (OEE) improvements.
- Observe, document, and work with team members to implement changes, validate results and adjust as needed.
- Secondary projects in the maintenance department.

- Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related degree. Jr. or Sr. preferred
- Occasional travel to other Wisconsin sites may be required
