Accounting Manager Role in Sheboygan County
We are working on an Accounting Manager position for a national manufacturer in the Sheboygan area. This position is open due to some succession planning and will report directly to the CFO.

The company has been expanding rapidly as their industry is constantly evolving and they are evolving right long with it.

Responsibilities
Oversee operations of the accounting/finance department
Maintain a system of internal controls over accounting transactions.
Issue timely and complete financial statements to leadership
Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting/close
Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.
Coordinate capital project proposals

Proactively provide in-depth analysis of product cost standards and actual results discussing reasons for results and methods to improve performance.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
Prior leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
