Recruiting Specialist
to be part of
our Human Resources department.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an
experienced Recruiting Specialist to facilitate the next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience and understanding of the entire employee lifecycle and how to scale workforces from 50 to 200+ employees.
TheRecruiting Specialist
will be responsible for embodying and finding candidates that champions Seek Capital's mission and core values, partnering with our leaders to help them build and develop their respective teams.
This position will be based in our Los Angeles office and will work with, and report directly to the Director of People and Culture.

What You'll Own:
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications through various sources and platforms.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and candidate profiles in our internal tracking system. Full cycle recruiting experience by managing the interview process, coordinating with candidates and interview panels.
Schedule HR onboarding appointments for new hires.
Initiate, review, and monitor background checks and references for possible hiring candidates.
Create new employees' personnel files and maintenance.
Provide assistance in office managerial obligations.
Assisting the Director of People and Culture in event coordination to facilitate company culture.
Provide support to the HR department when needed and answering general questions, relaying messages.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Provide a 11-Star experience to each candidate.
What You've Accomplished:
5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Proficient with Microsoft Office:
Excel knowledge is a must have
Proficient with ADP and other HRIS systems
Compensation:
Compensation:
$80, $120,000.00 based on experience
