    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the children's services division and support finding passionate and qualified candidates to support our clients and families

    Responsibilities:
    Full cycle recruiting, hiring mainly behavior intervention professionals to work directly with children with autismComplete resume reviews and phone screening candidatesManage data in online talent acquisition systems and/or HR databasesManage, refreshing and creating job postingsTrain staff in systems useManage onboarding recordsSchedule new hires into onboarding trainings and related meetingsMaintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulationsEnforce company policies, rules and regulationsCommunicate all relevant information to employees and job applicantsCollaborate with division clinicians related to hiring needs and recruiting/onboarding implementationFollow relevant labor and hiring laws and regulationsGather information for departmental reportsAssist with the understanding of human resource policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality of all informationReports to Program ManagerQualifications:Previous experience working in ABA a plusPrevious experience in Human Resources and/or Administration a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills over the phone and in personBachelor's in Psychology, Education, Business, or Communications preferredCompany Description Do you want work you can be proud of?
