    Description


    ESP Personnel is looking for a dynamic Sourcing Recruiter who thrives on talking to and connecting with a diverse range of personalities.

    You are revved up by creating new relationships, skilled at piquing interest and innately driven by getting candidates excited to move forward with us.

    Leveraging media, resume databases, call lists, and referrals as sources, you will sell candidates on the company and generate interest in available and upcoming job opportunities.

    The Recruiter Trainee will learn the industry, how to build great relationships, and be prepared for a future role within the organization that best fits their professional goals.

    *Recruiter Responsibilities:
    • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
    • Source candidates through databases and social / recruiting media
    • Maintains and attracts potential customers by handling inbound sales and customer communication (emails, calls, click-to-chat) relating to service status or challenges, concerns, issues within the network.
    • Screen candidates
    • Review healthcare professional resumes and complete candidate profiles
    • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
    • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
    *Recruiter Qualifications:
    • Stellar communication skills

    • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    *Recruiter Requirements:
    • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or recruiting experience
    *Recruiter Hours and Pay:
    *Monday - Friday7:30 am - 4:00 pmHourly Pay: $ $23.00

    Commissionable positions are available through promotion within the company.
