    Description

    An investment management firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their growing Product Marketing team in an Associate Director and/or Director-level role. In this role, the Associate Director / Director, Product Marketing will will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, and communications related to significant growth and demand in listed and private real estate.

    Responsibilities:
    The Associate Director / Director, Product Marketing will:

    • Develop marketing plans in supports of new product development or product changes for our listed and private real estate
    • Develop strategy for project positioning working closely with Investment team, Portfolio Specialist group, and Product Manager
    • Partner with marketing group to develop and maintain strategies for both institutional and retail investor base, as well as the broker/dealer, investment advisor and consultant communities
    • Develop and maintain the product selling system in support of institutional and intermediary market
    • Manage the presentation and sales collateral library
    • Oversee the process of quarterly updates delivering new presentations and collateral on-time meeting service levels
    • Perform other duties, as needed
    Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of relevant work exeprience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or a related field
    Desired Skills:
    • MBA and/or CFA
    • FINRA Series 7 license
