    Job Description
    Publicis Media is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and collaborative
    Director of Product Marketing within the technology practice.

    This senior-level role is ideal for experienced marketers excited shape product go-to-market activities, and lead a wide breadth of strategic product marketing activities on a portfolio level.

    You will report into the SVP of Product Marketing.

    You'll leverage knowledge of the media and advertising landscape to serve as a strategic partner working with Product Management, Client Success, and Support to improve the product journey.

    You'll own product marketing activities in your area. You'll serve as the trusted voice and face of your product, communicating with senior management and agency stakeholders.

    You'll lead projects across the wider portfolio and implement fresh frameworks to help take our product marketing team's work to the next level.

    You have experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect along with an ability to translate complexity into clear concepts.

    You are equally comfortable digging "into the weeds" or tailoring messages to a 50,000ft overview based on the audience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop deep expertise in set of products to share core value propositions, functionality, and benefits to audiences of varied levels
    • Manage end-to-end product marketing projects in assigned domain and across the portfolio to grow product marketing team goals
    • Lead compelling product demonstrations and support enablement activities to onboard new users, explain nuanced functionality and drive continued adoption
    • Evangelize products, solutions and best practices serving as a key ambassador for technology capabilities within Publicis Media
    • Strategize and develop suite of product content including presentations, webpages, user guides, videos, FAQs, and related collateral
    • Collaborate with teams (product development, program management) to make recommendations on marketing-related activities
    • Work amidst ambiguity to translate technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand messaging and storytelling to enable other teams
    • Distill user feedback and provide actionable recommendations on positioning, messaging, and product development to inform ongoing planning
    • Research industry and competitive landscape synthesizing insights to inform product positioning and wider organization
    • Manage deliverables across simultaneous projects with many moving parts
    • Mentor members of the product marketing team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 8 years of experience in product marketing or similar role
    • Experience in technical or complex products as a trusted partner to product teams
    • Participate in and influence teams
    • Exceptional written and verbal skills with experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities
    • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages
    • Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations mindset
    • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and grow every day

    These Qualifications:


    • Agency or media experience
    • Media Planning, Strategy, Investment, Adtech, AdOps, and/or digital investment experience
    • People management experience
    • Experience with Epsilon, Nielsen, MRI, GWI, Kantar/Pathmatics data and/or insights
    • Experience with DSPs, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, and/or Mediaocean Prisma
    • Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance certifications

    Compensation Range:
    $130,000-$204,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
