Product Marketing Lead, Instagram Creators Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and provide product team leadership, in partnership with disciplines including product management, engineering, design, research, data science
  • Lead crossfunctional and crossteam relationship building and collaboration with product team, GTM, and crossorg partners
  • Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers and scale the Product Marketing function for creator facing products
  • Manage highpriority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and gotomarket strategy
  • Represent the market with product teams, including qualitative and quantitative feedback from creators, and help product teams prioritize roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 8+ years experience in product marketing & business strategy development
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research and insights
  • Demonstrable experience working with, or in support of, diverse communities
  • Demonstrable experience working in digital media, with an interest in or knowledge of the Instagram creator landscape
  • Proven experience successfully launching and driving adoption for new digital products and services while owning and achieving KPIs
  • Demonstrable experience successfully conveying ideas both internally to multiple stakeholders and teams, as well as externally to end users

Preferred Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree and/or MBA in relevant field
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with creator products or audiences
