    Job Summary


    The Human Resources Generalist will support the Human Resources Department and Green Dot employees utilizing excellent customer service techniques and a passion for getting things right.

    The HR Generalist will serve as the point of contact to a set of Green Dot employees and managers, providing employees and managers guidance on Green Dot HR practices, HR policies, benefit offerings and leave of absence administration.

    As needed the HR Generalist may partner with managers to address employee complaints, grievances and investigations.
