    Description

    We are in search of a proactive and driven HR generalist to join our Human Resources team. As an HR generalist, you'll play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives by collaborating closely with managers and employees throughout the organization. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to enhance their HR skills and contribute to our company's overall success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering a variety of HR services, such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Aid in developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives and regulatory standards.
    • Assist with immigration operations, ensuring work permits are reviewed and verified, records are kept up-to-date, and effective communication is maintained with employees and managers on immigration matters.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, policies, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues, conflicts, and performance management matters in an equitable and consistent manner.
    • Help organize and lead employee training and development initiatives, including orientation sessions, compliance training, and professional development programs.
    • Maintain precise and current employee records and HR databases, upholding compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality protocols.
    • Contribute to HR projects and programs designed to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of HR experience or similar roles is preferred.
    • Solid grasp of HR principles, practices, and employment and immigration laws.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer service.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
