We are seeking a Human Resources professional who is proactive and able to find new talent, takes a consultative approach to solving problems and implementing solutions.

A culture fit is very important to maintain a cohesive and collaborative work environment. This is a high-impact and extremely visible position reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources.


DUTIES:


  • Partner with management to identify and develop strategies to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Develop and implement best practice high volume, full cycle recruiting strategies.
  • Other duties and projects as required to meet business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • 6+ years human resources generalist experience. Experience should include recruitment, employee relations, policy & procedure development, compensation, preferably in best practice HR environments.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification & international affairs experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and consultative skills especially in assessing department needs, making customerfocused decisions, developing relationships and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, presentation, interpersonal, training facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology proficient, including MS Suite & ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Must be a selfstarter, an outsideofthebox thinker, have a high sense of urgency, and be able to work in a fastpaced environment

BUSINESS TRAVEL (If Applicable):


  • Ability to travel to remote offices as required such as Colorado Springs, Tecate, Baja California and Ontario, Canada.
