    Description

    Stanley Steemer is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Dispatch Manager to be responsible for supervising, developing, and coordinating the functions of the Dispatch Center.

    The Dispatch Manager must communicate with Dispatch Supervisors, Branch Managers, and Contact Centers consistently to ensure efficiency and quality services.


    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively manage the Dispatch Supervisors and Dispatchers who report to the Dispatch Center
    • Train and develop Dispatch Team to ensure adequate coverage and consistent service to Branch personnel and customers
    • Assess and manage staffing of the Dispatch Team
    • Communicate with all Branch personnel and Management to ensure efficiency
    • Communicate with Contact Centers to provide and receive feedback to improve business processes
    • Manage problematic situations such as customer damage, unsatisfactory work, ill crew members, refusal of crews to complete work, or other sensitive situations
    • Ensure compliance of dispatch processes, policies, and procedures in accordance with local law and state laws
    • Data Collection

    Vehicle Dispatching/Route Building:

    • Acquire skills to use and train the Dispatch Team to efficiently perform all related job functions
    • Inform office staff of daily workload and encourage them to take the same-day work particularly for time slots and areas where needed to maximize daily sales volume
    • Oversee routing jobs to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction in both distance and driving time
    • Monitor communication with customers to confirm job appointments for the following workday
    • Assist Dispatch Team as needed
