- Manage the daily technical operations of a portfolio of assets.
- Monitor asset performance and create tickets for corrective work.
- Collaborate with operation and maintenance partners to dispatch to asset locations for corrective repairs.
- Collect corrective maintenance reports from operation and maintenance partners. Review preventative maintenance inspection reports and create cases for follow-up repair work.
- Intake assets from construction phase of project development and ensure technical documentation is collected.
- Work through warranty claims with installers and manufacturers.
- Create and update monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports.
- Interface with other support functions of the company
- Continuous process improvement and optimization
- Strong communication and team-building skills a necessity
- Peer leadership skills to motivate and encourage team members
- Ability to effectively interpret data and translate/communicate solutions and suggestions in a clear and concise way
- Experience in energy industry preferred but not required
- Decisiveness, good judgment, analytical/math/strategic aptitude and problem solving skills to act with authority in an environment with little direction from others
- Comfortable with imperfect information and constantly changing environment
- Relevant bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for use in data querying, data analysis, and analytics
- 2+ years' experience in an analytical role, solar energy experience preferred
- Experience with DAS/SCADA monitoring preferred
- NABCEP certification or equivalent preferred

Job SummaryThe Commercial Energy Services Asset Performance Analyst will oversee the technical operations of a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with operation and maintenance partners, managing corrective and preventative maintenance, and handling warranty claims. The Analyst will also be responsible for generating performance reports, interfacing with various departments within the company, and driving continuous process improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
$63, $101,970.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
