We are currently seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Hamburg


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring optimal resource planning and costeffective and timely dispatching of work orders and maintenance teams
  • Creating employeespecific and daily plans on a weekly basis, while also monitoring the efficient use of available resources (personnel, vehicles, etc.) in collaboration with other dispatchers
  • Implementing countermeasures in case of deviations from the plan
  • Creating monthly schedules, taking into account employee absences, labor laws, company agreements, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Conducting order control, reporting key figures, and holding weekly meetings with district managers, team leaders, and the head of fine planning

Your profile should include:

  • A successful completion of a statecertified technician program, IHK master's degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, practical experience in dispatching/fine planning
  • Strong technical understanding and commercial knowledge, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines, costs, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in common software applications such as MS Office, with knowledge of SAP being desirable
  • A problemsolving mindset, ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and a confident and professional demeanor
