    Description

    At Veo, we are on a mission to end car dependency by making clean transportation accessible to all and advancing the next generation of fully electric micro-mobility systems.

    Our fleets are constantly evolving and feature a range of vehicles - from pedal and electric bicycles, to standing and seated e-scooters, e-cargo bikes, and ADA accessible devices.

    We design and build our own vehicles, hardware, and software systems in house and run all our local operations to provide safe, efficient, and responsive mobility services that make communities more sustainable and livable.

    Join our team as a Strategic Project Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategy and action on a wide array of cross functional challenges.

    This is an onsite position based out of headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.
    Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

    Ensure the execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelinesGather and analyze data and information to generate insightful reports.

    Support various projects and ad-hoc tasks as neededBuild presentation slidesTake the lead on special initiatives when necessaryThis position is On-Site mandatory at our Headquarters in Santa MonicaQualifications and Skills:

    Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindsetBasic analytic skillsAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeFluent in Mandarin is a plus
