The Manager Handling (Warehouse Manager) is responsible for:
Contribution to LCAG Supplier Relationship Mgt. (SRM) activity from the local perspective.
Achievement of financial and non-financial handling KPIs, including performance analysis and definition of corrective action in case of deviations.
Implementation of regional or local measures meant for the support of the worldwide Handling strategy.
Responsibility for organizing and opening new stations in the geographical area according to related LCAG standard.
Implementation of central process directives, respectively adaption of local adjustments within the prescribed framework.
Management of necessary interfaces with airport, customs and other relevant external authorities.
Disciplinary leadership of the team.
Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by superiors.

The ideal Manager Handling (Warehouse Manager) must fulfill the following requirements:
High School diploma/GED required.
Bachelor desirable.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or airline industry.
Adequate knowledge of LH Cargos processes and organization.
Alternatively, good knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures.
English required.
German desirable.
Advanced professional operations know how and skills in an airline or logistics environment required.
Computer skills as user on MS Office.
Assessment screening.
Willingness to travel.
Shift work / overtime.
Constant time pressure.
High stress levels.
Outdoor weather conditions.
