Small Town Hospitality owns and operates nine unique lodging properties in Canada & the USA. We are looking to add an OVERNIGHT Hotel Guest Service Agent (Night Auditor).

This person will work from our Atlanta, IL head office and will answer calls to assist guests and complete reservations for all nine properties throughout the night (calls are routed to a central line).

The position pay starts at $18.00/hour.

The position hours are full-time or part-time, flexible.
Shifts would be from 12:00am - 8:00am.
Traits & skills required to be successful in this role:

  • Well-spoken and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to use computers, type quickly and learn hotel reservations program.
  • Ability to "smile" through the phone when speaking with guests.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls at a time and remain calm and professional.
  • Ability to patiently answer questions and be a positive resource to guests.
  • Willingness to confidently present lodging properties and secure bookings from each call.
  • Previous hotel or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work very independently but with the support of the office manager and property ownership.
  • Ability to complete general bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, posting invoice payments, payroll etc.
