CleanNet USA is a national leader in the Franchised Commercial Cleaning industry. The Atlanta office is seeking quality control professional to manage metro Atlanta territory.

Overview

• Manage janitorial clients in specific geographic territory in the greater Atlanta area
• Main task is inspection of buildings for quality assurance
• Maintain client relations by consistent contact by phone and personal visits
• Perform initial walkthroughs with our janitorial teams to welcome new clients
• Work with clients and franchisees to address and resolve concerns and incidents
• Will handle work orders, customer requests, and train cleaners in basic cleaning procedures
• Must be selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and driven
• Possess strong relational and followup skills
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills
• Have professional appearance and great control of time management
• Must possess computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Reliable transportation required
• Experience in janitorial industry is preferred

Compensation

• Salary: starting $40,000 per year

• High school or equivalent
