In this role there's plenty to do, a lot to learn, and ample opportunity for growth as the company continues to rapidly expand.Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
    • Identify and implement manufacturing training programs that result in more skilled, engaged, and innovative environment.
    • Coordinate HR projects to engage and enrich company culture and promote team integration.
    • Assess and advise on optimization of workflows.
    • Assess and advise on the design and administration of compensation programs.
    • Contribute to the development and quality review of current processes and methodologies to ensure greater efficiency and greater project quality.
    • Collaborate with recruitment interviewing and hiring efforts.
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
    • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
    • Create and implement trainings for best practices in manufacturing.
    • Maintain HR compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including updating records and databases to current laws.
    • Maintain and collaborate drafting and creating company compensation and benefits plans.
    • Collaborate maintaining Insurance Policies: Health, Life, Workers Comp, etc.
    • Manage dues and subscriptions: Renewals, changes, and terminations.
    Requirements of the HR Generalist:
    • 2+ years of previous human resources experience
    • Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred
    • Previous full cycle recruiting experience
    • Previous benefits administration experience
    • Previous employee engagement experience
    • Familiar with Federal and State labor laws
