- Direct engagement with Trade Ally Contractors.
- Working with Program management on various engagement opportunities.
- Executing marketing strategies to include speaking in program webinars.

- Identifying energy efficiency opportunities.
- Conducting demos and training.
- Aiding in application submissions and overall outreach efforts.
- Bachelor-s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Familiarity/knowledge of electrical energy efficiency core technology areas such as HVAC, Lighting, motors, compressed air/etc.
- Possess a valid driver-s license with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
- Able to travel by car daily within assigned territory.
- Resident of East Tennessee preferred. Resident of Tennessee required.
- Strong customer service skills to include highly effective communication in person, over email, and over the phone.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and market partners.
- Willingness to speak at events.

Overview
TRC is seeking an Energy Advisor/Outreach Representative for its large commercial and industrial energy efficiency program to serve the Tennessee Valley and located in the greater East Tennessee region, Knoxville/Chattanooga areas. The ideal candidate will have an existing professional experience working in the energy efficiency industry.
