Essential Job Functions
- Oversee Quality Assurance Program: update Quality Assurance (QA) tools; create QA and Utilization Management (UM) implementation schedules; participate in QA and UM Teams; facilitate discussion of QA results; summarize and document final reports of QA audits.
- Conduct regular QA onsite visits; monitor compliance with Agency standards.
- Responsible for onsite processes related to incident investigations and filings.
- Collect/maintain Agency data and statistics for reporting and grant support. Assist with grant proposals and resulting program development.
- Responsible for running statistical reports in AWARDS HMIS.
- Medicaid Compliance Officer; ensure compliance with Medicaid Compliance Policy and Protocol.
- Required to be ambulatory and present and able to perform all job functions without limitations, up to and including life preservation activities.
- Responsible to comply with all Agency Policies including Agency Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Policies, Medicaid Compliance Program and Protocols and Justice Center Code of Conduct.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality. Notify supervisor when late or absent. Provide adequate notice when scheduling time off.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct additional QA on-site visits; at the request of State Oversight Agencies.
- Responsible for all Incident Management reporting, investigations and filings; facilitate committee meetings.
- Attend meetings within the Agency i.e., staff meetings, management meetings and meetings with external entities.
- Work collaboratively with Administrative Staff to develop and conduct community outreach; represent Agency programs and fundraising endeavors to community groups, corporation, and individuals.
- Reports to Chief Compliance Officer.
Pay:
$50,950.00 per year
