    Our client is seeking for an Entry level Sales and Operations Specialist to service their California customer base, out of the Chatsworth office. The existing team has their hands so full that they could use an extra body to provide customer service to their walk-in and phone customers
    Responsibilities:
    • Expedient, friendly, and helpful service to customers' requests for product info, pricing, advice or recommendations.
    • Develop knowledge in all merchandise sold through the store. Make suggested sales, add-on sales and upgraded sales in response to customer inquiries.
    • Use of software/hardware for the purpose of point-of-sale, order entry and maintenance, inventory control.
    • Working knowledge of procedures relating to stock, sales, returns, delivery, invoicing, special orders, receiving, and transfers that enable proper coordination of store services to customer.
    • Complete quotes, source and price products and materials, provide product availability and shipping information in a timely manner.
    Qualifications:
    • High school education or equivalent.
    • Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
    • Detail oriented, independent, and a personable.
    • Strong communicator over the phone.
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Experience in inventory management and coordinating transportation for products/materials.
    • Strong administrative background
