    You'll be joining Customer Experience Solution Marketing team, working on and supporting innovative go to market strategies across our global Solution portfolio.

    About The Role


    The Solution Marketing Contractor - will work as part of the CIO Product Marketing team to support our global go-to-market and sales enablement strategies in support of our Skills campaigns targeted at an IT audience.

    You'll be responsible for planning, structuring and executing complex deliverables, working effectively across multiple teams.


    This role offers a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across several key Solution Marketing competencies working closely with industry leaders in support of the creation of compelling product documentation and sales packages.

    Responsibilities

    Work with Office of the CIO product marketing, global campaigns and enablement stakeholders to:
    Create collateral, including white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets, infographics and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
    Influence customer campaigns to optimize adoption of current and new features. Monitor results and make recommendations for future enhancements
    Support other strategic activities directly related to supporting the rollout of these deliverables
    Work closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials
    Build strong relationships across our functional and regional teams in order to drive content awareness
    Support content build for global customer events including session abstracts and session content development

    Requirements

    Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
    Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally. Distill detail into key messages and create impactful marketing messages.
    Plan, structure and execute complex deliverables, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple virtual teams.
    Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally.
    Experience designing sales collateral based on sales conversations, calls, market research, and own expertise.
    Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spirit
    Celebrates teamwork and thrives in under a collaborative culture
    Creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute
    Functional Human Resources/Skills or IT content and campaigns experience a big plus

    Compensation

    $41.13/hour - $58/hour (W2)
