Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the automotive service department.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
Interact with customers to gather information about vehicle issues and provide accurate service estimates.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on service progress.
Manage service paperwork, including work orders and invoices.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and suppliers.
Assist in implementing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
Support the Service Manager in analyzing key performance indicators and implementing improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the automotive service industry.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient computer skills.
