    DataONE is a fast-growing National Telco/IT Network Infrastructure Company with four divisions: (1) Professional Services including EFI&C and logistics, (2) Manufacturing custom cable including Fiber and Catx, (3) Network Solutions including DAS and CBRS, and (4) Outside Plant Services including Fielder Services for Low Level Design and Fiber Construction Services.

    Our clients and partners include the largest Equipment OEMs, National Integrators and Construction Companies in North America.

    The markets we serve include the Wireless and Broadband Service Providers, Data Centers and Vertical Markets including Government, Education, Hospitality, Entertainment, Finance, Manufacturing and other Commercial Industries.

    The Company is seeking a new Marketing Coordinator to primarily support key initiatives including:
    Website and Social Media content and applications
    Lead and coordinate planning for trade shows Marketing communications with key customer stakeholders
    Organize customer communications and webinars for new leads and existing customers
    Other initiatives supporting the VP of Sales

    This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

    The Marketing Coordinator is a curious, proactive self-starter, eager to learn and contribute to our Global Marketing efforts within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    You'll provide and support for key administrative and marketing activities with a keen eye for details and in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goals, all while gaining hands-on experience with every facet of marketing communications.

    As part of the team, additional responsibilities may include:
    Assist in day-to-day execution of marketing programs
    Assist on content projects from development to execution
    Ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and executed
    Ensure that deliverables are received on time and documented
    Establishing and evaluating marketing programs including organizing and planning promotional presentations
    Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
    Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
    Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
    Supporting sales as needed in seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers, analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors and freelancers
    Experience in website development or graphic design required
    Advanced computer skills for generating presentations, reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates
    Coordinate Customer Events to include identifying venue, securing agreements, assist with design, displays, customer give aways, catering, etc.
    Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows
    Creative with ability to bring new ideas
    Time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects


    Requirements:
    2-5 years' relevant work experience in a marketing communications field or similar company, Agency experience a plus
    Degree in Marketing, Business management or related field is required
    Ability to work independently with diverse team in multiple locations
    Must be a proactive self-starter with passion for marketing/social media and a desire to make an impact on a dynamic, growing team
    Comfortable interacting and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the agency
    Excellent time management skills
    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to follow-through on tasks
    Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and adherence to deadlines
    Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
    Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset
