    Description

    STV is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Fort Worth, Frisco, or Dallas TX. This position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week).

    Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

    • Manage and prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification submissions
    • Review and analyze solicitation documents and RFPs
    • Lead pre-proposal conferences and kickoff meetings
    • Develop and execute win-plans and pursuit strategy
    • Coordinate efforts with teaming partners and internal departments
    • Ensure proper documentation and quality assurance of all work products
    • Participate in client debriefs for continual improvement

    Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator role:

    • Demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and collaboration
    • Exercise independent judgment
    • Possess strong decision-making and organizational skills
    • Have excellent writing and grammatical skills
    • Manage multiple assignments under deadlines
    • Focus on client needs and maintain a strong work ethic

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
    • Minimum of five years of related experience
    • Experience in proposal preparation within the architecture/engineering/construction management industry preferred

    Compensation Range: $66,727 to $88,727.00
