    Shift:
    Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm


    Pay rate:
    $40-$50, Hourly


    Location:
    Boise, ID


    The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
    Manage and ensure the accuracy and security of all project documentation.


    Coordinate with project teams to collect, maintain, and distribute all documents necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes that ensure compliance with customer requirements.

    Develop and implement document control policies and procedures.

    Manage the process of distributing contract documents to subcontractors and maintain the document flow to and from construction sites.

    Ensure all documentation is managed in accordance with defined procedures and other regulatory standards.

    Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.

    Review and update technical documents (e.g., submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, issue logs, drawings, and workflows).

    Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.

    File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

    Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

    Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

    Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

    Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

    Mentor and manage the performance of assigned team members to ensure highly trained and functional team.


    Requirements:
    BS in Business Administration, Engineering, and Construction Management, or related field.

    5+ years of construction or relative project management experience.

    Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in a large commercial or industrial construction project environment.


    Preferred:
    Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

    • Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
    Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

    Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


    Knowledge of engineering / construction / design documents; and other relevant construction documentation such as Request for Information (RFI), submittals, and issues logs.
