Document Control Coordinator

Pay Rate:
$22-$24

Hourly Location:
Boise, ID The principal duties and responsibilities will be: + Copy, Scan and store documents. + Check for accuracy and editing files. + Review and update technical documents. + Accurately file, track, and distribute project documents. + Maintain MS Outlook Distribution list and create project meetings. + Create emails, rules, meetings, and distribution lists. + Make process suggestions to increase document control accuracy and efficiency. + Act as a subject matter expert (SME) with the document control group. + Effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

Requirements:
+ 2 years of experience with record keeping or general administration. + Ability to learn and understand client-specific software. + Excellent Understanding of Adobe, and ability to manipulate, combine, extract, and reorganize PDF pages. + Basic understanding of Excel, ability to filter, organize and save in different file types.

Preferred:
+ 1+ years of experience with design and engineering design

Physical Effort/Activities:
+ Ability to stage and load large format printers (plotter paper rolls weighing 20-25lbs). + Sitting or standing for prolonged periods. + Stooping, reaching, crouching, and repetitive fine motor activities. + Ability to traverse the facility to distribute documents.
